Description
Around sunset, when most tourists are in their lodges drinking their sundowners, there's a daily migration of Plains Zebras and Wildebeest from the flat, dusty grassland of Amboseli National Park in Kenya to the hills. It's believed that this provides the animals with more protection from predators.
In the Maa language, "Amboseli" means 'dust bowl.
